Group of LTC Yoga Teachers

Life for Total Consciousness (LTC Yoga)

Life for Total Consciousness (LTC) is a structured yoga and meditation practice developed by Swami Isa to be a simple, effective daily routine that can be practiced by anyone. LTC works holistically—gently refining the body, mind, and inner awareness—so that meditation becomes natural, enjoyable, and effortless.

The practice follows a sequence of 10 steps, beginning with the physical body and gradually guiding you to subtler dimensions of experience. With regular practice, it cultivates a deep sense of peace, clarity, balance, and connection.

The sequence includes:

•    Gentle body movements
•    Mantras and mudras
•    Breathing techniques (pranayama)
•    Guided visualisations
•    Meditation
•    Laughter and relaxation

Elements from certain forms of traditional yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, Kriya, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana, Raja and Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga) are integrated into the simple practice taught through Swami Isa's characteristic integration of science and spirituality. And yet it is easy to learn, no prior knowledge is necessary.

With consistent practice, LTC may support inner peace and emotional balance, reduce stress and mental fatigue, improve overall health and vitality, provide better focus and clarity, harmonise relationships and deepen self-awareness and insight.

Beyond its immediate benefits, LTC is a path of self-awareness and inner refinement, bringing greater purpose and joy to your life.

We offer LTC Courses and 10-day LTC Teacher Training programs for both new and experienced practitioners. LTC is also integrated into our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course.

Ongoing research by the Global Energy Parliament Research Centre continues to explore these effects.
